Hello, i'm using Odoo 10 and i have a regular user that i've created for managing HR and Recruitment.

When i created a job application with the admin user, but my new user can't access it. i got an error message that says :

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.
(Document type: Message, Operation: read)

I get the same error when i try to access a job application that has been created with job form from website.

My user is a Recruitment/Manager and Employees/Manager (I also tried Officer).

Any guess about where does the error come from ?
