Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software. It includes hundreds of business apps:

I have been discussing with an accountant how odoo accounting module works by default. One of the things that is weird is that Odoo works with different account diaries instead of just one, while most companies (at least small and medium, which is a segment in which many of us are interested) use just one diary.
Why is that? is it possible to configure (easily) everything so there is just one diary?
