Updating the openerp modules by script leads to an error "bad query". How to resolve ?

I updated my  openerp installation by

/opt/kjellberg-erp/kjerp_7.0_integration/bin/openerp-server --addons-path=/opt/kjellberg-erp/kjerp_7.0_integration/lib/addons/HEAD,/opt/kjellberg-erp/kjerp_7.0_integration/lib/client/HEAD/addons --config=/opt/kjellberg-erp/kjerp_7.0_integration/etc/openerp-server.conf --stop-after-init --log-level=info -u MODULES

MODULES is a comma seperated list of modules.

After a while the error occurs:

2014-05-22 15:32:10,457 4739 INFO integration_f openerp.addons.base.ir.ir_model: Deleting 12@account.analytic.plan 2014-05-22 15:32:10,464 4739 ERROR integration_f openerp.sql_db: bad query: delete from account_analytic_plan where id IN (12)

My Questions:

1. Why does the update mechanism run a deletion of data ?

2. The Database design shows the constraint, but also on delete set null, i.e. the error comes from database design.

3. How can we resolve this ?
