Unticked a box now have an error stopping me loggin in

Hi, I know what I have done, I just do not know how to fix it.

Basiclly after inputing my employee contracts, I went to the settings/Human Resources - and unticked the employee contracts tick box (as I thought this would just disable them).

Now I cannot do anything at all and get the below error, even when I try to log in. Please any help on how to fix this would well received.
