Hello, does an add-on for universal search exits? meaning whatever module I am currently viewing and I search for something, it will search inside all the modules, not only the current one?

if such add-on doesn't exist how difficult to create it?

I worry about the performance implications of such functionality. Do you know how many models and fields you would be searching? You also have to create additional database indices.
