Hello all

I try to use multi companies with inter companies rules in ODOO V9 (nive version apparently)

so.. I create a new company and an admin user for this new company...

So far so good

but when when I try to read product file (Sales->Product, or Purchase->Product or Inventory -> Product) then I have the error

UNABLE TO READ RES.COMPANY- see administrator for access right.

This error never appears when I use Admin user.

IFf someone has got the same error... it would ne nice if we could share about that.

Bests regards

Please be more specific about which user from which company tries to read products from which company. Did you properly set up the "Allowed Companies" for the corresponding users?

Hello

Very basic bug :

1) Create new data base with V9C
2) Load inventory apps ONLY
3) Setting --> Share partner,YES Share product YES
    Setting --> Multi company YES
4) Create new user admin-B in company B, With access to company A et B
5) Log under user admin-B

UNABLE RO READ RES.COMPANY when calling for product list

Thanks or helping.... IT'S VERY BASIC!!

I am surprise, there is not more  user reaction on that.
One can't do nothing without access to product data

best  regards

You should check that your products does not are attached to a company, and the same with default taxes on product

Hello

I really like to know if someone has already been successful implementing ODOO V9C with inter company feature

I have been strugling for 3 days, without success

Thanks

I just came across the issue yesterday in a 9.0c database and was also quite puzzled. Fiddled with access control list but it somehow did not work.
