I am using a hosted service that points directly to a domin name, the service automatically redirects port 8069 to 80.
When attempting to log in with the Odoo messaging app v2 I receive the message, "Unable to reach odoo server."
I've tried with the DNS name and the numeric IP address, with and without adding :8069.
Any one else experiencing this issue?
When using the 8069 port, the Odoo messaging app attempts to connect, times out and crashes. There is also no obvious way to edit or remove an account from Application Settings -->Account Settings, the only choice for that section is Add Account.
To remove an account, begin at your Inbox
- Tap the, "O" menu in the upper left corner
- Tap the first field below the, "O" it will have your account image/avatar and the company name (default: "odoo")
- Tap the elipsis, "..." or the three dots.
- From here you can add or delete an account or log out
