How could I get « website builder » installed in my dtabase?

The actual error is at the end which is:

ParseError: "External ID not found in the system: base.public_user" while parsing
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/openerp/addons/website/data/data.xml:4

<record id="default_website" model="website">
  <field name="name">www.openerp.com</field>
  <field name="company_id" ref="base.main_company"/>
  <field name="language_ids" eval="[(6, 0, [ ref('base.lang_en')])]"/>
  <field name="default_lang_id" ref="base.lang_en"/>
  <field name="user_id" ref="base.public_user"/>
</record>

There is some kind of progblem with getting the external_id for the "base.public_user".

Check that you are logged in as the admin when doing the installation.

The external ID's are stored in the ir_model_data. Make sure you've not done something that would cause cause trouble in that table.

How could I create a new "base.public_user" entry to the database?
