Unable to create lead from email

I have my incoming email server setup to correctly fetch email from our server. It does get the email, and I see it in Messaging | Inbox. I also have "Create a New Record" set to Lead/Opportunity (crm.lead) but it is NOT creating a lead, nor is it creating a new customer record for that email address that it received email for.

I'm a transplant from Goldmine where when a email comes in, it's attached to a customer record and/or a new customer record is created.

How can I do the same in OpenERP? Or how can I step through what happens to figure out what's broken?

OK... some more info and none of this really makes sense....

I setup a brand new Inbound email address using info@inlinetechnology.com w/ EVERYTHING identical to my carlton@inlinetechnology.com inbound email. INFO works as I would expect it to, but CARLTON does not.

So, to be clear, I have the following:

Settings|Email|Incoming Mail Servers

Account #1 - carlton@inlinetechnology.com Account #2 - info@inlinetechnology.com

Both are able to receive emails as I expect, however only the info@ account will correctly process the Lead/Opportunity (crm.lead) action.

How do I debug this?
