Unable to create a new project

I installed the project managment module, but the moment I try to create a new project, I get the following error message:

I am pretty sure this has something to do with how openerp is set up, and specifically how the company is set-up. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have update/graded the base and all the modules and it still was not resolved.
