When trying to pay a HR Expense, during the Open Accounting Entries, I get the error below. I am unable to delete the entry nor am I able to put the entry back as draft. It appears to be stuck in the Waiting for Payment state. I'd like to remove it and start over.

This appears to be only with this single transaction.
