Hi,

I'm new with openerp and trying to use timesheet module. When creating an analytic account, the Renewal description says:

Once the end date of the contract is passed or the maximum number of service units (e.g. support contract) is reached, the account manager is notified by email to renew the contract with the customer.

I cannot find where to input the maximum number of service units.

I would appreciate if somebody could guide me.

Hello, Go to Sale > Contract > Open your analytic account. In that there is a filed labeled: Prepaid Service Unit with mouse over you can find the help of that field. with the help of that field you can specify max service unit. Hope, It will help you. Regards, Devishree (DBR)
