When I try to replace VAT number in my company details I get this error:
The VAT number [NLxxxxxxxxBxx] for partner [] does not seem to be valid. Note: the expected format is N123456782B90
The number checks out in the VIES database. The format is the same so I don't understand.
I've checked but that is not the case.
maybe some customisation mistakes, but try simple test. check if you do not have other contact with the same VAT.
