Hi, it worked pretty well once a time ago, but now I can't translate the banners from English to another language. I can click the Translate-Content translation, and the content will be marked into yellow which means you can translate, I can insert translation but after clicking to save, it resumes to what they were.
Is this one issue from Bootstrap or Odoo itself? How to fix it?

I have observed the same behaviour. I was able to save the translation text, but you have to watch out by fiddling around that the background color of the text changes from yellow to the corresponding background color, if that happens, the text will be saved.
However, the complete inline translation behaviour is a mystery with lots of surprises.
Another tip: If you want to translate a text block (paragraph), be well aware that this text block does not contain line breaks or any other markup (like font styles etc.) in the block. Otherwise your translated text will contain parts of the source text forever and you have to find the text in the database directly to delete it!
