Tax by quantity on sale order or invoice

Is possible to get sale.order.line or invoice_line quantity and muliply it by a valeur to get tax amont of each line.

eg:

qty = 25

price_unit = 6000

tax = qty * 50 = 25 * 50 = 1250

Hi Benos,

 

No need to do python for that. Just define the tax of type "fixed amount" and enter the value 50. The taxes in Odoo is done at unit level.

Hi,

You can create Tax with Tax Type as Python Code. There you can add the formula like result = qty * 50. You can make change according to your requirement. If you want to use fixed amount of tax, select Tax Type as Fixed Amount.

Hi Nehal, I do it exactly as you said, but it not working. I get NameError: name 'qty' is not defined
