We have a list of codes used in repairs. Each code represents something about repairs we want to keep track of. That way, at the end of the year, we can do an analysis about frequency or correlation. It would seem that the Customer tag system would be the best for this. We can create tags on the fly or repeat already used ones, allowing us not to duplicate tags with identical meanings but different spellings. Does that sound like a good idea? Is there a better way to achieve the same result? Maybe using an existing mechanism in OpenERP?
