Switching emails/sales teams, and emails seem to be misrouted

I've been playing with adding a few sales teams to better organize our workflow (mainly the pipelines, so everyone only sees the opportunities relevant to their skill sets), and I've noticed an issue with changing emails. Let me describe what happened:


1. The Odoo (v9c) "Leads Email Alias" was, for example, incoming@company.com. There's one sales team, "Direct Sales," with alias "directsales@company.com"

2. I decide to make directsales@company.com the new catchall Leads Email Alias, as it's the email our contact forms point to. I change the Direct Sales team's alias to incoming@company.com (which is actually not used actively, and does not have a mail server setup for it within Odoo).

3. I send a test email to directsales@company.com, and instead of showing up as an uncategorized opportunity, it is still directed to the Direct Sales team. I double checked, and the Direct Sales team alias is still incoming@company.com. It's behaving as if I never switched the aliases for the team and the leads email alias.


Ideas on why this is happening? I'd prefer not to use Direct Sales team as our catch all, as "uncategorized" makes more sense.
