I have Github access to Odoo 10 Enterprise source code (as an Odoo partner).
I correctly added it to the addons path in the Odoo Community source code's configuration file as instructed, but when running, I don't see the Studio.
1. Is the Studio part of the source code?
2. Is there something I must do to get the studio to run when running from the source code?
Studio is part of the source code, but in a module that is not installed by default.
As said by Mohammed, you should search for the studio module and install it.
Studio is available in enterprise,
in apps menu remove apps from filter and search for studio
I think the modules's technical name is web_studio, please check if it is available in your enterprise directory
