Strange error when adding a journal entry, can anybody help?

Can anyone help me solving this error? I get it when trying to add a new line to my Opening Balance journal

It seems to be a database error!

try printing your argument context.. and see what is coming in context..

I just appears when trying to add a new item to the journal!

show your python code. this may be because you are passing invalid arguments on function call.
