Can I specify groups in filters.That is I want to show a search filter for particular user group only.

I have tried like this

<filter icon="terp-check" domain="[('state','=','draft')]" string="To Confirm"  groups="base.group_hr_dept_manager" />

I want to show this filter only for the user group ' group_hr_dept_manager'. I tried the above code but it is not working
