hello user belong to Sales /create all leads and can't create sale order for other Salesperson

settings-->Users-->groups--> (goto ur user) access rights tab add sale order and sale order line
the user belong to the Sales /create all leads can create sale orders but when he use a different saleman get access right exception !
solved I upgraded the database using the option
openerp-server.py -d db --init=sale
