I am trying to share documents and files from a directory in Knowledge with Customers that have been given "Secure Customer Portal" access. Every time I share documents with them from Related Documents emails or othe sharing methods, I get are the following errors:
1.) Error: NameError: name 'active_id' is not defined
2.) After I manual add "&active_id=1 " to the end of url and log back in, Related Documents is empty?
What configuration steps am I missing which will allow us to share documents securely with external Secure Customer Portal users? Is this even possible?
