OpenErp Instance: V7 online

Business case *One company servicing thousands of households/families in large cities (developping countries) The service is achieved every month (recurring basis) by a sales force team, on a

"door to door basis

" The service consists in adding a specific product in toilets (health and hygien). One single product with a fixed price. The sales force team is composed of one sales person per 1000 households; one visit per month.*

Business process

The company delivers the product and invoices each sales person on a daily basis (D-1), based on the number of households to be serviced the day after (D). The invoice is paid at delivery time (D-1). Each sales person - on D day - will service around 40 households; at each single visit, the sales person is paid by the household responsible. Payment will be in cash.

Specificities: None of the households has a geographical address; the streets have no name (some avenues have one). The city is divided into several zones and each zone may be divided into sub-zones of approximately 1000 households each. One or several sub-zone is(are) allocated to one single sales person. When a sales person has demonstrated his(her) capacity, he(she) may be willing to expand his(her) commercial area; thus recruiting his own sales team (with all the same rules) for new sub-zones.

The company needs to manage the D list of households to be serviced on day D, for each sales person in order to warrant the quality of service (one month absolutely between 2 visits); a paper list of the 40 visits for day D will be delivered.

Which OpenErp modules and parameters would you recommend to address such case?

Thanks in advance for any contribution.

Whatever the reasons why you closed my question I still need recommendations as to whether or not OpenErp has the capacity to solve it efficiently!
