Why does the scheduler appear to ignore existing inventory when creating quotes for make to stock purchased items? We have components that show inventory. We create a manufacturing order for an assembly that uses those components. Even though there's enough inventory to satisfy the demand, the scheduler creates a quote for the quantity consumed.

Example: Item '[1205] Switch / LED assy' uses (1) piece of '[1194] Switch / LED pcb'.

The 1194 is a buy / make to order part with an inventory of 14 pieces.

After creating the manufacturing order for 10 pieces of the 1205 assembly and running the scheduler, the 1194 pcb shows an inventory of 14 an a forecast of 4. Seems correct.

There is also a draft quote generated for 10 pieces of the 1194. I'd assume that the quote isn't necessary. Why is it generated?
