Scheduled Action Email Queue Manager - Technial Data

Hi!

I unfortunately deleted the scheduled action Email Queue Manager in the UI of Odoo 9. Now I would like to recreate it but I do not know the settings in the Technical Data section (see screenshot below). Can someone please take a look and tell me the settings?
