I realise there's a lack of the following 2 features :
1. to convert sales order into POS sales.
2. to add comment box in POS.
In retail repair industry eg; computer repair, where we need to prepare sales order item before customer arrive. When customer had arrive, they typically paid in Cash, and we use cash register drawers. We could then convert the sales order prepared in advance and convert it into POS sales.
Also the comment box to fill up warranty status if any.
anyone have this same issue?
