Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software. It includes hundreds of business apps:
CRM | e-Commerce | Accounting | Inventory | PoS | Project management | MRP | etc.
I had an Sales order which I have already complete the whole cycle but the Sales Order state still in "Sales Order" instead of "Done". I've check the Delivery Order and Customer Account both are in DONE state.
The picture below show the Sales Order still in Sales Order state because the "Delivered" checkbox is not tick yet.
But when I click the "View Delivery Order" which bring me to the delivery page and it show the order has been delivered..
Is this some bug?? Anywhere I can get more detail log about the sales order?
for some product that is out of stock, Procurement/Purchase/Manufacturing order will be created. unless correctly confirm/process those, the original Sales Order State will remain in "Sales Order" even if you deliver the product in Warehouse. ( by force availability )
To find out what went wrong is to go: Sales -> Order Lines to Invoice. Activate developer mode. add procurement_id in form view then refresh page.
Uncheck " Uninvoiced" in search bar, then search with your Order Reference.
click into them, and then click Procurement, and there you can find out what line of item is the problem.
I know it's not the best thing, but this is what i got after about a week of researching.
best of luck.
