I used to create Sales Order via Contracts in Sales/Sales/Contracts.When Sales order is created thus Delivery Orders are also created simultaneously.I dont wanted this to happen.I want delivery orders only on demand. So to prevent the creation of Delivery Order when Sales Order is created, done the following which was got as the answer from the forum.

Globally: Go to Settings --> Configuration --> Sales and under "warehouse features" uncheck the box that says "Trigger delivery orders automatically from sales orders".

I followed the steps and unchecked it.But soon after the box was unchecked all the sales order which  were made in the past turned red in color with the status undefined. So on realizing that the issue caused because of unchecking the box "Trigger delivery orders automatically from sales orders" . I reied to check it back but I am not able to do so.Instead I am getting an Openerp server Error sometimes.

HI,

You might have deleted demo data of warehouse which is used as a reference in your process somewhere. When you install demo data, make sure that you are not deleting it. You can create new warehouse, then using External Identifier(Menu:Settings/Technical/Sequence & Identifiers) you have to change the external Identifier(as warehouse0) of the newly created record.

ya you are right Nehal.I have deleted the same.I was testing it and when some issues occured I deleted it.But this is the actual database and I cant bear losing data in this.Is there any option to come out of the bug?
