running server for openerp6.1 on centos5.8 for python2.6

I am trying to start openerp6.1 server for python2.6 on Centos 5.8 . and i am getting below error.. could you please have a look on this problem..

[erp@openerp bin]$ python2.6 openerp-server.py --addons-path=/home/erp/De_Mellows/addons-6.1/,//home/erp/De_Mellows/web-client-6.1/addons/ --xmlrpc-port=8067 --netrpc-port=8066
