restore/backup acces denied Odoo

hi,

The database works fine but I am unable to save it since yesterday when everything was working so far. The restore doesn't work to. I get a message when I try ti sign in " Error 500 Internal Server Error The server Encountered year internal error and Was Unable to complete your request . Either the server is overloaded or there is error in the implementation year . "

I suppose Hengky Zhang meant server and odoo logs. Are you on Linux? If so, look at logs in /var/log/odoo/ and /var/log/apache2/error.log. Sorry, to not answer as an answer, but the forums new karma regulation forbids me to do so.

Under Linux location is commonly '/var/log/openerp/openerp-server.log' If you don't find, look for the line that begins with "logfile" in "openerp-server.conf" This will give you the path of openerp-server.log
