I installed odoo 9 on CentOS 7 on a remote server.  I was editing the website page and now that I try to go to my database selector or ip:8069/web/login page I get internal server error.  

My pg_hba.conf file looks like this:

local samerole all md5

host samerole all 127.0.0.200 255.255.255.255 pam pamservice=postgresql_cpses

host samerole all 127.0.0.1 255.255.255.255 md5

local all postgres md5

host all postgres 127.0.0.1 255.255.255.255 md5

When I type in my ip:port I get my website and I can see products and the main page, but cannot access my apps such as sales, purchase website admin, etc...

Try adding the following line in your pg_hba.conf file:

host all odoo 127.0.0.1 255.255.255.255 md5

Ok now I just get: Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Now even if I remove that line I still get the same error.

Analyze your log entries.

make sure you're flushing the cache on your web browser too to pick up any conf changes you've made. Either in settings, or hold down shift key while hitting "reload" button.
