Replacing 'issue' with 'ticket' in all parts of Project Management UI

I'd like to remove the term issue from all parts of the user interface in the Project Management module (menus, views, etc) and replace it with the term ticket.

How can I do this with some sort of find and replace that catches every occurrence ?

The quickest way to do this is to translate the terms for that module:

1) Navigate to Export Translation via the menu sequence Settings --> Translations --> Import/Export

2) On the dialog, select English for the Language and then select Project Management in the list of Modules to Export

3) Click Export

This will generate a CSV file with a src column containing the original term and a value column where you can store your translation.

Copy the values from the src column and paste them into the value column. Then, search for the term 'issue' and replace it with the word 'ticket'. Be sure to search and modify just the value column.

Once you are done:

1) Navigate to Import Translation via the menu sequence Settings --> Translations --> Import/Export

2) On the dialog, enter English for the Language, en_US for the code and then select the CSV file. Check Overwrite Existing Terms and click Import.

Restart your server and refresh the UI (click the lower half of your company logo or press F5).
