I am new to OpenERP and currently working on a Retail Project.I have came across one scenario which i will explain below:
Suppose customer has bought some stuff from your store and you have created an order using Point Of Sale.Now after few days, customer comes and says that he has some issue with our product and want to either replace it or get another product by paying some amount.Or it may happen,he might buy such products which has less cost than previous one.
Now there is an option for returning products in Point Of Sale.But I don't have any idea about its working.Please guide me to solve my problem.
