In Odoo ver 8.0

Is is possible to reactivate a gl account that was un-flagged as "active"?   I can't find a way to pull up the account to edit the flag.

Alternatively, when I try to add a "new" account with a similar gl number, I get an error message that requires a unique account number.

Please use the appropriate filter in order to show all accounts including the inactive accounts.
