Hi,

Using Odoo 11 online.

I created a new qweb template and generated an external id through: 

Settings>Technical>External identifiers.

Everything seems OK, but when I look at the view the key field has nothing.

When I try to call this template the system can't find it arquing it doen't have an external Id.

What is left to do? or what I could be doing wrong?

 I tried to duplicate an existing template and did the same, the problem was, again, that the key field retains the value of the original template, and can't be found either. (can't find the external id).

I'm using the online version, so no access to the full code :-(
