In odoo 10 something is missing.
In odoo 9.0 you can specify the projects that share the same stages in the stage editing page as following:

But this is not existing in Odoo 10.0.
Any Idea?

Yestday I found this problem too,
Today , I found it just change place & name,
And you need Activate the developer mode First ！
AT Project | Configuration | Stage ,there have a field name “Projects” ,
it's same as "Projects of a specific stage"
