ProgrammingError: column res_partner.section_id does not exist

I get the above error when I try to install the CRM module. Any help with this problem is appreciated. The full error listed below:

Nehal, Thank you for the response. Unfortunately there were no help in that link. It is a new install so I have not modified fields like the other poster, but I still tried the suggested restart with -u crm but no luck as I still am not able to install the module.
