Process view not working for Version 7.0-201

I am trying to display PROCESS VIEW for my sales orders following the instructions given here:

  1. Activate the developer mode.
  2. Go to the list/form view of a document that is in the application you want to see the process of.
  3. Next to the view's title, click on the question mark icon.

but without any success.

The problem is that the question mark icon does not appear at all.

I have Sales, Purchasing, Accounting and Warehouse management modules working fine with this little exception.

Could you please assist me with solving this problem ?
