I try to install oemedical_his addon but I get the error :
File not found: oemedical_his\sequence/oemedical_sequence.xml
There is no sequence directory in oemedical_his?
I got the addons from github OCA/vertical-medical
Is there another repository where I can get an updated (working) application?

It seems that this vertical-medical solution is not usable, it's currently under development.
<< The oemedical_sequence.xml is under oemedical/sequence.
Correct the path in oemedical_his/__openerp__py, from 'sequence/oemedical_sequence.xml', to 'oemedical/sequence/oemedical_sequence.xml', at line 93. >> .
But this can't help you, cause most of the modules are reported as NOT INSTALLABLE
