Good morning everyone,
I am trying to setup OpenERP 7 to be used for our task/issue handling as a IT support company.
I need the following setup:
- normal portal users of our customers can only see the tasks they created themselves (this is default OpenERP behavior)
- some privileged portal users (ie. the IT manager) can see all tasks related to their own company , but not other companies
- normal users (ie. my colleagues) can see the projects (and their tasks) they are assigned to
I thought I would get (2) by making the privileged portal user either a follower of the project or a member of the projects team. But this seems to be not the case.
Any idea, how this can be achieved?
