Hi guys,

please help me out 

My bills sequence is missing in billing history which we are creating the bill through the pos screen?

Is it related to cache? (using odoo9)

I  found this as an internet issue connection stability.


that's why it skips the sequence.

can you please give me a solution, please.?.

yes, we have a solution for the one, in 2 ways: 1)if at all instance is created one you need to go with external API script to rewrite the sequence by yourself.2.if it is new instance set the sequence as a no gap (go to settings-->sequences-->select the sequence-->option is there nogap /standard(default one) option which will don't the skip the sequence if internet connectivity unstable. Note: But you do it in already running instance it creates the old sequence which it had already skipped in the past

maybe you can fix the sequence.

Go into debug mode, go to settings/technical/sequences. Here find the sequence and maybe you can solve it by manipulating the sequence that skipped one.
