I made a physical Inventory piece by piece. then i saved it in ERP and told the ERP system to take it for my inventory. Problem is for ex pysical inventory i put 55pc of product A when i check in the ERP they was still 66 pcs .... why did he not take my physical Inventory in consideration. some one got the same probleme?
Im glad to read your responses
PS my solution was to pick up the hole physical invetory list print it and then I point it one bye one. Tuck me 2 hours to do that :( waist of time :D.
- When you are recording your physical inventory do you select stock location by default ? If no you can get this error if your selected location isn't a child of stock location.
- The second possibility who is the inverse of the first is your 66PCE of product A isn't in only the stock location but also in another location who is not a child of stock location. This case will also give you the same problem. So review your setting.
