Permission denied: 'openerp'\n" on create folder

Hi all,

i have install Debian package of openerp v7, on my Ubuntu server, on our server we have 2 user ubunut is root user and openerp is for openerp, i start my openerp server using sudo /etc/init.d/openerp.server-7.0 start it start openerp service for user openerp because i pass User = openerp in my startup script, when i start openerp using this command is give me error to create folder in web/scr/ some of my code is create folder in this place, but when i pass User = ubunut in script it not working, openerp servic eis not started with ubunut user

so what is the proper way to start openerp service and how can i give permision to user openerp create folder at perticuler place

Jack,

You can install OpenERP by various ways, either as a developer mode or service mode.

I am sure you will get all answers from http://www.serpentcs.com/serpentcs-category/installation

@Sepentcs I have install nightly package and done all the things that in your spified link but still same problem

In my system there is 2 user ubuntu its root and openerp, In startup script I have pass DBUSER='openerp' my code is in web/controllers/main.py @ def index(self, req, data, token): in this method i have do code path = ''+'openerp/addons/web/static/src/' + req.session_id , os.makedirs(path) its create folder name with session id but i got error
