I need your help please, I need to optimize the performance of openerp.
* for example.
* working on the product list, while I present the products by category to view kanban delay in creating it, the quantity of products this one with 800 images.
my server has 8 GB of memory, i7, windows 7, vmware (VM) 10.
resources are divided 80% to the VM (ubuntu12.04 with openerp v7) the rest is for windows.
can optimize performance in any way?

Any reason why you're using a type 2 hypervisor on a workstation OS rather than going bare metal? Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 or VMWare vSphere are both great, free options.
