I create a new user this is the copy of admin user. I give all the acces right to the new user. But the new user has a problem.

 

During the creation of payslip for other employees. It will show error regarding the acces right...  Error show below.

Access Denied

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Pay Slips, Operation: read)

What is the reason behind this error.        Is admin is the only user have the right to process the payslip. How can be enable the new user to create the payslip..

Users who have access rights to the payroll management, must belong to the following groups:

- Human Resources/Officer

- Human Resources/Manager (Inherited from Human Resources/Officer)
