PayPal module: Payment is not registered in SO or invoice and customer is redirected to 'Internal Server Error'.

I'm trying to set up the PayPal module in V7 SaaS-3.
In 'Settings'>'Payments'>'Payment Acquirers' I enter the Environment (production), PayPal e-mail ID (paypal@company.com) and PayPal Seller ID (I found this on the PayPal profile page)
'IPN' is ticked.

Upon successfully paying the SO in PayPal I get redirected to the page:
'https://xxxx.my.openerp.com/payment/paypal/dpn/'  and the page displays an Internal Server Error. (The domain actually is openerp since this test is in SaaS)

The payment is successfully received in the PayPal account but it is not registered in the SO or invoice, not is it visible in 'Accounting'>'Customer payments'. 

The only setting that I'm not sure of is the PayPal Seller ID. I found the account number in  the PayPal profile page which looks like a hash.
Nowhere in the PayPal documentation is mention of the Seller ID.

How is this module set up?

I'm facing the same issue with v8 after paiement and redirection to the shop (Method Not Allowed). Am I doing something wrong or is this still a known bug?

There was a bug with the IPN that got fixed around April 16, but I don't know if it got fixed on trunk only or in SaaS3 as well. If you are on the SaaS, are you sure you are still in SaaS3? I'd recommend to create a new SaaS database just to test if it works with the latest version (SaaS4 at this time). If it does, send an email to online@openerp.com to request to be migrated to SaaS4.

I had the same problem as Erwin and have just asked Odoo saas online support to upgrade my saas instance from saas3 to saas5 (I had assumed that this would be done automatically). The Seller ID that Odoo refers to is what paypal refers to as 'Secure Merchant Account ID' - it is 13 alphanumeric characters in my test account.

The saas instances that are currently running are saas3 and will not be updated until after v8 is officially launched, though you can get to try out saas5/v8 if you go to www.odoo.com/start/v8.

I have the same problem with ODOO V9C Community

error https://xxxx.my.openerp.com/payment/paypal/dpn/ METHOD NOT ALLOWED

Any pogress on that ?
