Hello,

I've successfully installed Odoo 8 from github

https://www.github.com/odoo/odoo --depth 1 --branch 8.0 --single-branch

on my machine and created several databases without any bugs.

Now when I try to create a new database with DEMODATA I get this error:

ParseError: "decoder jpeg not available" while parsing /opt/odoo8/odoo/openerp/addons/base/base_demo.xml

Here's the full error description:

Hi Youta,

Have you installed all required libraries before installing Odoo? I think you've missed one. Please install the following libraries:

sudo apt-get install libjpeg-dev

sudo pip install pillow

You can find a list of all required libraries at https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/8.0/requirements.txt
