and need packing slip  whit a  QTH ordered and QTH shipped column on it for each line

also i receive Po from my customer whit different requested delivery Date all for same item (just in time manufacturing)

so packing slip i put on the box need to clearly show item already delivery on that PO and one that still to come when reach requested date  ,any easy way to do that ?

for now it seem to try to ship all that was in stock and not care of request date and generate a delivery order

whiteout requested date information and /or history of what already shipped and what remain to ship 

i assume i not the only manufacturer that got purchase order in advance whit multiple delivery date?

exemple :

5 x item_A    delivery 28/03/2015  

5 x item_A    delivery 23/04/2015

5 x item_ A    delivery 7/05/2015

5 x item_A delivery 15/06/2015

on Packing slip need to put on the box whit part 

PO1234

product      request date     ordered   delivered     in box

item_A    28/03/2015             5               5                0

item_A      8/04/2015             5               0                5

item_A     7/05/2015              5               0                0

item_A    15/06/2015             5               0                0

or something similar
