Hi, is there any module in odoo to account and keep track mortgage payments, vehicle usage, loading and unloading and insurance.

You can use Landed cost in the inventory for loading / unloading, or other charges on PO. You can visit landed cost from inventory app.
This is usually done using accounting software. But you can also use purchasing software with accounting integration, which way you prefer, you can use the corresponding modules of Odoo.
