i use OpenERP 7 ubuntu sever 13.04

when i setting up the outgoing server
Smtp server : smtp.gmail.com
port : 465
security : SSL/TLS

i get this error :

Connection Test Failed!
Here is what we got instead:

The ping and telent work fine to the server :
